Where should I apply fragrance oil for the best scent?
Try your pulse points: wrists, inner elbows, neck, behind the ears, and even behind the knees. A little goes a long way. Let the oil warm up on your skin and do its thing.
Are the oils safe for sensitive skin?
Our fragrance oils are skin-safe, but everybody’s skin is different. If you have allergies, sensitive skin, or you’re trying a new scent, test a small amount on a small area first. If irritation happens, stop using it.
How should I store my fragrance oils?
Keep them somewhere cool and dry, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Too much heat or sun can change the way a fragrance smells over time. Think drawer, cabinet, or shelf — not the hot car or sunny windowsill.
What does “Made Fresh to Order” mean?
It means we don’t just grab something that’s been sitting around forever and toss it in a box. Your order gets prepared after you place it, so it’s fresh, packed with care, and ready for you.
How many incense sticks come in a pack?
20 sticks. Enough to keep the room smelling good for a while.
How long does it take before my order ships?
Usually 2–5 business days to get everything prepared and packed. After that, shipping time depends on the carrier.
How much does shipping cost?

How do I pick a scent if I’m not sure what I like?
Start with the description and fragrance notes, then go with what sounds like you. Sweet? Clean? Cozy? Bold? Fresh? Grown? Pick your lane — or switch lanes completely. We sniff, we don’t judge.
What sizes do the fragrance oils come in?
Our standard sizes are 1/3 oz roll-on for $8 and 1 oz for $20. Larger sizes may also be available by request.
Do you offer samples?
Yes. Complimentary samples may be included with a purchase when available. They’re our little way of helping you discover something new for next time. Samples are not sent separately or available by request without an order.
Can I return or exchange a fragrance if I don’t like the scent?
Nope. Scent is personal, so fragrance oils and incense are final sale. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, missing an item, or we sent the wrong product, contact us and we’ll help get it sorted out.
