At Tudie’s Cubbie, every fragrance is made fresh to order, and we want you to love what you choose. Because fragrance is a personal preference and our products cannot be resold once they leave us, all fragrance oils and incense are final sale.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds because a scent was not what you expected or simply wasn’t your favorite. We encourage you to read the fragrance description and notes before ordering and take advantage of samples when available.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, missing an item, or you received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right. We may ask for photos of the item and packaging to help us review the issue.

Approved claims involving an order error or damaged product may be resolved with a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution at Tudie’s Cubbie’s discretion.
